More Hearts Slot Review

Aristocrat Technology strikes again! The Down Under-based slots game manufacturer first became famous when they released their very successful slot, More Chili. Five years ago Aristocrat Technology dropped its current smash hit to an eagerly awaiting mass audience: the entertaining and popular More Hearts.

The More Hearts slots game is themed with lots of love, although it falls a bit short in the theme department. The interface features giant hearts that are poked by Cupid’s arrow from left to right and overflow onto top-bottom panels. There are also hundreds of “more heart” symbols tumbling down like waterfalls on 3D backgrounds; graphically speaking this slot machine has never looked more beautiful or relaxing!

Hearts Everywhere

There are hearts everywhere, along with big unmounted diamonds, roses, lovebirds, shopping bags, and butterflies, and the usual array of poker playing cards. Where the theme gets a little funky is when the game’s other symbols are thrown onto the spin lines that don’t seem to fit into the overarching “love” theme. There also jaguars, sandcastles, and king’s crowns. How’s that for eclectic.? I guess peasants can’t fall in love

Return To Player

Even though More Hearts has been available for quite some time online as well as on land-based machines, it is only now becoming compatible with handheld devices, such as iPads and Smartphones, but it seems to be a slow progression. Game strategy and play, like with King Chameleon, are similar for the online and offline versions.

The same is true for the real cash and free versions. The “theoretical payout percentage” (or technically, the “Random alongside The Rercentage”), or what’s called the RTP (Return To Player) in common slot lingo is the amount of money bet, in percentages, that will be returned to the gambler from the slots machine over a certain period of time of playing that particular game, based on a minimum of 1,000 games played.

The general range slots are tweaked to pay out to punters against the money they bet is between 98% on the high end down to 82% on the lower end of the scale.More Hearts RTP for 25 paylines is a smidgen over 89%; whereas 30 paylines of play increases the RTP to over 95% for the reason that you are betting on more paylines.

Game Strategy

The strategy for the game is to garner as many hearts as possible in a sort of virtual heart basket. Sort of like a college student on summer break trying to gather as many lovers as possible before Fall Term begins. The more hearts the merrier. Thirty-nine hearts seem to be a significant number.

Anyway, as you gather more hearts, you trigger more and more Bonus Rounds, which triggers more and more reels being called into play, as the screen resolution keeps getting smaller and smaller to accommodate the swarm of games and reels on the screen, many of which are running Bonus Spins simultaneously. This game seems to be very generous with its payouts.

The diamond icon is the Wild symbol and pays the most. It can substitute for any other symbol – except the Scatter symbol which is represented by the More Heart mascot — to result in a winning combo.

The heart symbol itself does not represent a particular numerical or monetary value except that the more you have the more Free Bonus Spins you can chalk up. You need at least a trio of More Hearts symbols to trigger a free spin.

The crazy thing about More Hearts is that once you trigger more and more games, they are not played one after the other, each new game is displayed on the screen simultaneously and they are played in real time with each other.  You can have as many as four entire games played on a single “payline”!

The Verdicta

Whether you are a romantic or not, or whether you have a heart or not, you will certainly have a lot of fun and win a lot of love while spending some quality time with the More Hearts Slots game. Try it. You’ll love it.
